Memorable Moment: The day I signed my first contract with Gorilla Doctors on July 21, 2020. It was the day when my dream became a reality.
Most Proud of: First, I am proud to be a Gorilla Doctor, to be part of this team of experts in great ape conservation medicine. I’m proud to have participated in the successful transfer and release of four female gorillas from the GRACE sanctuary to the forest of Mt. Tshiabirimu in Virunga National Park, one of the greatest achievements in wildlife.
Favorite Animal/s (besides gorillas of course): Cats and dogs play an important role in most families on a cultural, social, and security level here in DR Congo. These species also deserve our attention for welfare.
