Title: Field Veterinarian, Rwanda
Gorilla Doctor Since: 2016
Motivation for Joining the Team: Gorilla Doctors offers a unique opportunity to apply veterinary science and wildlife conservation in a challenging yet highly rewarding field.
Vision for the Future of Eastern Gorilla Conservation: My greatest hope for eastern gorilla conservation is that it becomes a global exemplar of how multidisciplinary and community engaged approaches can secure the future of endangered species. By aligning wildlife with human and ecosystem health, we not only safeguard a critically endangered species but also promote a healthier more resilient planet for all.
Favorite Animal/s (besides gorillas of course): Dogs are so friendly and honest. I have two dogs at home.
