Motivation for Joining the Team:
The mission of Gorilla Doctors is a noble cause that I want to be part of. It provides an opportunity to contribute scientific expertise toward safeguarding eastern gorillas and protecting the ecosystems they depend on. I am also inspired by the global collaborative nature of the work, especially in the Virunga region.
Favorite Animal/s (besides gorillas of course):
Viruses. Despite their microscopic size, they have immense ecological and public health impact, which makes them fascinating to study.
